The Test-Out for Programming Logic is available at all Kirkwood Testing Centers.
This test may be taken anytime prior to the week before classes begin for a given semester.
There is no charge to take the exam however, it may only be attempted one time and you are not eligible to test-out exam if you have previously taken CIS-121.
You must score a score of 75% to test out of the class.
There is only one attempt on the exam. It cannot be retaken.
If you test out of the class, you will receive a T grade (not an A, B, or C).
The exam results take up to 2 weeks to process.
