 The Project Office Green Slide Deck illustrates the Initiation and Planning Phases of the Office Green new operations and Training Plan. To complete this project, an Initiation phase was completed after meeting with key stakholders and drafting and proposing a prochect charter. The slide deck also illustrates the planning phase of the project. Including artifacts such as the Work Breakdown System, Gnatt Charts, Risk management, and Change Manegement Plans.
