OC23 Rulebook

1. Introduction

- OC23 is a tournament where participants compete how fluid(うまい) their spinnings are.

- Not only fluid spinning but also approving hand placement, clean inviroment is required.

- Please check the videos below

2. Tournament

OC23 consists of two rounds :

Round 1 : Spinners ranked, Top 4 proceed to round 2

Round 2 : 4 Spinners ranked

Round 1 ranks are decided by the viewers vote via google forms. A CV will be made with the r1 videos.

Viewer vote questions are as so.

1) Which spinner is most likely to proceed to the next round?

(Vote 3, Voted participents earns 1 points per vote)

1-1) Whats the reason of your vote?

2) Which spinner is most unlikely to proceed to the next round?

(Vote 2, Voted paarticipents looses 0.5 points per vote)

2-1) Whats the reason of your vote?

Round 2 ranks are decided by two judges.

1. The judges must to include comments with their scores.

2. The judges must submit their scores in time.

3. The final score by the judges will be summed and the higher scored spinner takes the higher rank.

3. Pen mod rules

※Participants must use mods made in a mx form (RSVP mx, Sunburst mx, Moonz mx, solarpop mx Etc.)

Allowed meterials are as so.

Tip: Hybrid gel grip, Signo(=Signo DX), Hitec C(=Hitec C Maica), Hybrid gel roller

Grip: Hybrid gel grip, Hybrid gel roller, R.S.V.P.

Cap: R.S.V.P.

Body: R.S.V.P. Varients (RSVP, Sunburst, Moonz, Milky pop, Solar pop Etc.)

※Stabilo bodys are not allowed.

Pen modding rules are as so.

1. No grips are allowed over the cap.

2. Useable Grips are limited to 2 or less

3. Only one tip is allowed on the pen mod

4. RSVP V1 and V2 type mods are also allowed
