The applications go out in spring and after you sign up you will receive an email before the meetings for you to rsvp. Once you have done that you will receive the email with the zoom link and you can join the meeting.

What is MCJC?

MCJC is a friendly organization made up of mcps middle school students. MCJC stands for Montgomery County Junior counsels. There are presidents, a secretary, a treasurer, and much more just like our school's sga. The MCJC meetings are usually held once a month and any mcps middle schooler can join.

What does MCJC do??

  • MCJC meets up around once a month and discusses important topics of how to make our mcps school community a better place.

  • The environment is very friendly and we always ease up the tension with ice breakers.

  • Many times our SMOB, Hana O’ Looney will join as well and discuss her important plans and ideas with us.

  • We share problems we have been facing at school and come up with solutions.

  • We often have special guests and some members share ideas and proposals they have been working on.
