The Stag Lord's Fort

The Stag Lord's forces consist of:

• The Stag Lord, a fearsome archer. An angry man, who is often drunk, and who Arikos has never seen without his stag-horned helmet
• Dovan, a cleric of Norgorber, a cunning and secretive type. Previously second in command until Akiros Ismort arrived.
• Auchs, a massive ox of a man, with the mind of a cruel child.
• One dozen other bandits. The precise number varies, as bandits are sent out to hunt or on raids.
• Beaky, the Stag Lord's pet owlbear. It was recently captured, and hasn't been tamed.

Ismort can sketch out a detailed map of the fort. It has three watchtowers, which are manned almost all of the time. The Stag Lord has a vicious temper, and does not react well to finding guards asleep on duty.
