The Kingdom Refuge & Dream Center is a Christian Church.

The pastor is Kenneth D. Brooks. Virginia M. Brooks is our Ministry Director.

We are Located at 744 Baldwin Street, Elmira NY 14901.

We are governed by a church structure that is built upon the foundation of the Apostles and Prophets with Jesus Christ as the chief cornerstone.

When Jesus came to earth the very first declaration that he made was ""The Kingdom of God is at hand " (Matt. 4:17)
