Kim’s Administrative & Business Services is a professional service operated by DEVA by Kimily LLC. By engaging the services of Kim’s Administrative & Business Services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Scope of Services
Kim’s Administrative & Business Services provides administrative, compliance, operational, and bookkeeping support services.
We do not provide legal, tax, financial advisory, or accounting certification services. All services are administrative and consulting in nature.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
Providing accurate and complete information
Reviewing all documents and filings prior to submission
Providing final approval of documents before submission
Meeting payment deadlines for services rendered
Failure to provide accurate information may delay services or affect outcomes.
Payment Terms
Service fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Retainer packages are billed monthly and may be paid weekly or biweekly. Payment reserves service availability and allocated service hours.
Additional hours beyond the agreed retainer allocation may be billed separately at the applicable service rate.
No Guarantee of Government Approval
While we assist with document preparation, administrative support, and filing guidance, we cannot guarantee approval by any government agency, regulatory body, or third-party entity.
Approval decisions are determined solely by the applicable authority.
Limitation of Liability
Kim’s Administrative & Business Services is not liable for:
Decisions made by government agencies
Processing delays outside of our control
Outcomes resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client
Confidentiality
Client information and documentation are treated as confidential and are used solely for the purpose of providing requested services.
Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
