AAM (Anywhere Anytime Meditation) is a course developed by Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche, a Nepali-Tibetan monk, meditation teacher, author and probably the most impressive person I know. AAM's goal is to present transformative practices for everyday life in a way that is accessible and practical.
Many of us surviving late stage capitalism don't really have the possibility to sit for hours every day. Some people don't even have 30 minutes. This course shows you that you can actually bring practice with you into your everyday life. You can practice at work, with your friends, when doomscrolling on your phone. Even a moment of connecting with awareness can deeply transform your life. Even one concious breath, phone scroll, or step can bring spaciousness into your work and relationships. One moment of catching your self, your anger or fear can offer you a choice to not spiral down with them and potentially heal.
I offer the Anywhere Anytime Meditation course in a series of 5 to 10 sessions, either online, in-person or hybrid. In each session we'll spend about 1 to 2 hours exploring the topics of awareness, love and compassion and wisdom and work on creating a sustainable meditation practice that fits into you life.
