Fees

Site/Day fee:  $15 per Adult (18 and over), $10 per Child ages 10-17, Children under 10 – Free.  Family cap for site fee only:  $50

Non-Member fee:  $5 addition to site fee.

Tavern Lunch Board:  $10 for everyone 10 and older.  Free for children under 10.  (Be sure to bring your own tableware.)  Make checks payable to:  SCA Canton of Falcon Cree. 

Pre-Registration for the event is available through SCORES. Follow this link and scroll down to the event link: https://sca.app.neoncrm.com/np/clients/sca/eventList.jsp. 

If you are not an SCA Member, it just takes 3 steps: 1) go to this website https://sca.app.neoncrm.com/forms/createaccount and create an account. (Non-members may create an account.) 2) go to your email and click the link in it to create your user name and password. 3) go back to this website https://sca.app.neoncrm.com/np/clients/sca/eventList.jsp. Look for 3/23 Attack of the Killer Rabbits and select the Register button. You will be prompted to log in with your new information and will be able to pre-pay.

At the Door: Cash or check will be accepted for registrations on event day. Tavern spots may not be available if they are sold out.

Proof of Membership: If member ticket is bought and Attendee is unable to prove membership, a payment of $5.00 at the door and a signed waiver will be required. 

Refund Requests: Reservationist must receive refund requests in writing (email is acceptable) no later than two (2) business days after the event.  No refund shall be issued until the event books have been closed and all reservation checks have cleared. No refund shall be issued if the event has not made a profit.
