Merchants

Only pay the site fee!  There is no additional fee to merchant at our event, but you will need to reserve your space with our Merchant Steward:  Vani Ka Bhediya (Mandi Haecker) vanikabhediya at gmail.com

We are hoping that merchants will join in the fun and ‘bunny-up’ at your space.  There will be a prize awarded for the best-themed setup.

INDOORS:  There are ten available spots available indoors and they are limited to (approx.) 8’x8’ space. A 60-inch round table and 2 chairs will be provided. You may choose to bring your own table if this is not workable. Please request table leg covers at gate if you bring your own table. Limited electricity access. Please remember that all indoor displays must be free-standing and may not be attached to the walls or the floors.  For your comfort, you are welcome to bring indoor rugs.

**Important:** DO NOT slide tables. We've been asked to protect the site's floors.

OUTDOORS:  Space is available outdoors around the list fields and accessible for unloading/loading via the driveway at the far left. 10x20 spaces are available upon request. The site allows tents with stakes. You will be responsible for bringing your own tables, chairs, etc. Let us know if you will be participating in our theme.

Merchant Prize: Best decorated merchant table will win a prize.
