徳島県徳島市生まれ。阿波踊り、三味線、お抹茶、人形浄瑠璃、着物など、日本文化をこよなく愛す。

20年前に亡くした夫からの遺言として「この家を守ってほしい」と託され、

娘と一緒に築100年の古民家を民泊宿として甦らせることに。

• 阿波踊り60年（新ばし連）／法被・女踊り・三味線を経験、三味線のリーダー／現役

• 杵屋流三味線30年(青の会所属 杵屋佐田三篠)／三味線の教室運営／現役

• 人形浄瑠璃経験25年（平成座）／人形使い／現役

• 裏千家お茶10年

• 着物着付アドバイザー1級保有（老若男女の着物の着付け可能）

• 管理栄養士の資格保有（料理が趣味で日々レシピ開発を実施）

Mitsuko Takayama

Borned in Tokushima City, Tokushima Prefecture.
She has a deep love for traditional Japanese culture, including Awa Odori dance, shamisen music, tea ceremony, bunraku (puppet theater), and kimono.

Following the passing of her husband 20 years ago, she honored his heartfelt wish:
“Please take care of this house.”
Together with her daughter, she lovingly revived their 100-year-old traditional home as a guesthouse, welcoming travelers from near and far.

• Awa Odori dancer for over 60 years, performing with the renowned Shinbashi-ren group
  　(Has experience with happi coats, women's dance, and shamisen; currently active as shamisen leader)

• Over 30 years of shamisen performance with the Kineya School (Kineya Sadamisa, member of Ao no Kai)
  　(Currently runs a shamisen class)

• 25 years of experience in Bunraku puppet performance with the Heiseiza troupe (active as a puppeteer)

• 10 years of experience with Urasenke tea ceremony

• Certified Level 1 Kimono Dressing Advisor, skilled in dressing people of all ages and genders

• Licensed Registered Dietitian, with a passion for cooking and daily recipe creation

阿波踊りが趣味で、東京・高円寺のひょっとこ連に所属しています。

Sayaka Takimoto

I'm a daughter of Mitsuko Takayama.

I run a human resources consulting company called SUNNY LLC in the Kanto region, and I also manage a guesthouse in Kashiwa, Chiba.

My hobby is Awa Odori, and I’m a member of the Hyottoko Ren dance group based in Koenji, Tokyo.

Together with my mother, I hope to share the beauty of our traditional home and the warmth of Japanese culture.

I speak English, so international guests are very welcome and can feel at ease during their stay.
