Many of my teaching materials (syllabi, datasets, notebooks, class notes, and assignments) can be found in this GitHub repo: https://github.com/khakhalin/Teaching
During the Covid pandemic I had to teach online, so I pre-recorded my lectures, and then held seminars in Zoom. Speaking without running back-and-forth in front of a blackboard, and without an audience, was of course really hard, and I look a sound a bit weird :) But maybe these lectures will still be interesting and useful to some people!
You can see more lectures from my Introduction to Neurobiology course in this Youtube list. (The first 3 lectures are slower than the rest, as it took me a while to learn to edit the videos)
On grading systems:
Mastery (specification) grading - follow-up and some practical advice
Specification Ungrading - a simpler alternative to Mastery Grading, at least for some classes
