Overview

This lesson describes Chapter 4's focus on the EA implementation methodology, a step-by-step process for creating an Enterprise Architecture. It uses the EA³ ‘Cube’ framework to illustrate this methodology. The main benefit of using such a methodology is that it offers a thorough approach to EA governance and documentation, which helps to reduce the risk of creating an Enterprise Architecture that doesn't meet the needs of its stakeholders.
