The most recent committee meeting was held on Wednesday 19 August. These meetings are important for decision-making and are held on a regular basis.

Apart from the regular agenda items, the committee all agreed that the most pressing subject was the annual membership fee.

If you are a member who is currently not paying the correct fee, I would ask that you update the payment by using one of the following options:

(i) If you pay by standing order, ensure that the payment of ten pounds is payable on 1st April 2027.

(ii) If you have been underpaid for this year, please use either of the following payment options:

(iii) To pay the owed amount online, use the following details: Account Name: KFRSRA. Sort Code 53-81-51. Account Number 01834819. Reference Code Surname/Subs.

(iii) If you wish to pay by cheque, please make it payable to KFRSRA and post to R. G. Goodwin, Esq., 13 Orchard View, Broadoak, Canterbury, Kent, CT2 0FD.

A reminder that the next Sunday lunch will be held on Sunday 20 September at the Upchurch Golf Club, the closing date being 13 September.
