Dear Member,

At the last committee meeting the main topic for discussion was the payment of the Annual Subscription and arrangements for the forthcoming AGM on the 17th May 2026.

Regarding the subscription payment there are still members who are not paying the current subscription rate of ten pounds. This will be discussed at the May committee meeting as to what action to take for the future.

This year’s AGM will be held on 17 May 14.00hrs at Rochester Fire Station. The relevant papers will be circulated to members which will enable those who will be attending the meeting to print of hard copies or use their phone. 

The papers are also available to read on the website. We would ask members to consider attending this very important occasion.

One of the important AGM agenda items is voting for the committee and you will note that this includes the position of Membership Secretary. I would ask members to consider applying for this position. This will help to share the responsibilities amongst the committee.

Finally a reminder that the next Sunday Lunch will be held in Littlebourne Sunday 24 May 14.00hrs.
