Updated: The Swedish Historical Regional Accounts, released in 2014 and 2018, was updated in  2023 with  presents a updated database with regional GDPs for 24 counties from  1571 to 2020. The Historical Regional GDP estimates for Sweden, 1571-1850, released in 2018, presents regional GDPs for 24 counties. From Sundsvall to Saltsjöbaden: This is a unique panel-dataset on strikes and lockouts (work stoppages) by coordinate between 1859 and 1938. The regional dimension allows  for studying how conflict and compromises come about at the local level. The dataset and description of its content and variables is available at SND (ref1088). This dataset consists of the first consistent long-run estimates of Finnish regional GDPs, from 1880 to 2010. Estimates are provided for 12 historical counties (läänit) as well as for the 5 current-border NUTS 2-regions.
