Oblique Pictorial:
A different way of drawing/visioning/imagining different types of objects in two ways: Cavalier and Cabinet
We started learning about Oblique Pictorials in Intro to Engineering Design. We learned how to draw or imagine them and the two different types of oblique: Cavalier and Cabinet. Cavalier is the full depth, width and height while Cabinet is half depth, but still full width and height.Â
We continued to work on Oblique Pictorials and took the Isometric View of the Object in the Views of Objects worksheet and started to turn them into Oblique either in Cavalier or Cabinet.
All of the shown photos were about turning Isometric Views of Objects into Oblique Pictorial either in Cavalier or Cabinet with full depth or half depth. This started to help shape my vision more and helped my brain to imagine things better than it was last time.
