Kent had great enthusiasm in class and expressed his desire to become a
certified CCDW Instructor. Kent was very engaged with the course material
and range protocol. Kent will make an excelled Instructor for the CCDW Program
in KY. We both have team-taught on range test and he continues to grow as a
instructor. KCDA is proud to to name him an Affiliate Instructor!!!

Major Rober Tinsley Jr. , Retired Army Field Artillery Major, A
Former Western Kentucky University Assistant Professor, Registered Nurse and a Former CCDW Instructor. Major Tinsley expressed his excitement in getting back into the KY-CCDW Program after leaving for several years. He was fortunate to be among some of the first instructors in Kentucky. He decided to renew through the Kentucky Concealed Defense Academy LLC and we are proud to announce him as an Affiliate Instructor of KYCDA! He was very precise in how he wants to manage his classroom within KY State Law as well as showing his patriotic duty to help citizens of KY achieve their CCDW!
