Leadership

 This artifact included is an essay where I had to interview a human resource manager. During this process I learned what it takes to be a leader and how challenging it can be and that it involves a lot of work. It also taught me how you need certain skills in order to be a leader, not everyone is qualified to lead and you need to start from the bottom and work your way up. This also relates to the material I have learned throughout my education.

The artifact I included above is from a dance course I took my freshman year, this dance assignment we had to come up with a dance based on a famous modern dancer. I don’t quite remember who we chose but with this dance we had to come up with a dance style she would perform. With this assignment we then had to teach it to the other students in this course in order for them to learn the dance style. This taught me leadership skills by knowing how to communicate to them, how to lead them and help them out in order to improve each others knowledge.
