My current degree audit for this semester.
With this plan, I will be able to graduate with my B.S. in Recreational Therapy.
Reflection
My College Schedule:
I came to Western with 3 transfer credits, so I followed the Stock Semester plan for Recreational Therapy closely while changing a couple things around. I also am on a pre-physical therapy track, so fitting my prerequisites in has been a little difficult.
Career Path:
My goal is to be a Sports Physical Therapist. I wanted to have a degree and certification in Recreational Therapy as a backup in case I don't get into DPT school the first time.
Challenges:
I think the greatest challenge that I will have during my time at WCU will be balancing my rigorous class schedule with my social life and adjusting to living so far away from home.
Below are some examples of course work that I am proud of.
This was an essay for my ENG 202 class. For this assignment, I had to take sources from multiple different places like peer-reviewed journals and conducting my own interview with a professor. I am proud of this assignment because it took me a very long time, and I feel that it reflects me best as a writer. It also relates to my major, as I chose an issue in my field of work.
This is a project I did in my Art 104 class that I am very proud of. We had to find and research a contemporary artist, then make a presentation on them. We also had to replicate their artstyle in our own way. I made the presentation by myself and helped create the artwork for the final. I am including this project because it shows my creative side and how I am a well rounded student.
