Developed for an Articulate Storyline course, "Food Safety Training".
The storyboard serves as a comprehensive blueprint for the course design and development. The process began with defining the terminal and enabling objectives to ensure alignment with the overall learning goals. A detailed course outline was then created to organize the content sequence and structure. To maintain visual consistency, color palettes, fonts, and design directions were established in accordance with brand and accessibility guidelines. Global comments were included to provide overarching guidance on tone, navigation, and interactivity across all slides. Each slide was documented in a storyboard table that described the visual design elements, on-screen text, narration or voiceover, and corresponding animations or interactions. This structured approach ensured clear communication and provided a precise roadmap for development, supporting consistency, accuracy, and efficiency throughout the production process.

Developed for an Articulate Rise course, "Pricing & Merchandising".
The content mapping process began with defining the business goal and identifying the core problem the training aimed to address. The target audience and their key demographics were analyzed to ensure the content was relevant, accessible, and aligned with learner needs. A detailed content outline was then developed to connect required actions and behaviors directly to the business goal. Terminal and enabling objectives were created and carefully linked to the course content and corresponding assessment questions to ensure measurable learning outcomes. The completed content map was reviewed and approved by stakeholders, confirming alignment between instructional strategy, business objectives, and learner performance expectations.
