TECC - LEO/FR

戰術緊急傷患照護 - 執法暨第一線應變人員版為TECC中階版課程，內容以基礎生命支持（BLS）處置為主，主要針對非屬緊急醫療系統之緊急人員開發，內容包含：

• 熱、暖、冷三照護區之行動原則

• 基礎檢傷、建立傷患收容點

• 止血帶、填塞止血、直接加壓等方式止血

• 徒手暢通呼吸道

• 使用鼻咽呼吸道

• 處置開放/吸吮性性軀幹傷口

• 失溫預防、辨識休克徵狀

• 燒燙傷、疼痛控制

• 單位內、跨單位溝通與協調

• 戰術傷患救援、搬運與運送、醫療處置紀錄

TECC - for Law Enforcement Officers and First Responders, is a mid-level TECC course covering mainly basic life support interventions, developed for emergency workers not trained as emergency medical service providers. This course includes:

• Operations in the hot, warm, and cold zone

• Basic triage, casualty collection points

• Tourniquets, wound packing, direct pressure ... etc.

• Manual airway techniques

• Nasopharyngeal airways

• Managing open/sucking torso wounds

• Hypothermia prevention, identifying signs of shock

• Burns and pain management

• Intra/inter-organization communication/coordination

• Extraction, carries, transport, documentation of care
