戰術緊急傷患照護（TECC）為適用於高風險環境的一套醫療指引，其強調「在正確的時間點，對正確的傷患，做正確的處置」，讓民眾及醫療人員在危險環境中保有態勢感知，保障救援者以及被救援者之安全。美國戰術緊急傷患照護委員會（C-TECC）以軍版戰術戰鬥傷患照護（TCCC）觀念加以調整，使其適合民間應用。TECC依據救援人員、傷病患、及威脅之關係將醫療照護區分為熱、暖、冷三大照護區，並持續應用最新實證醫學更新內容。

Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC) is a series of medical guidelines for high-threat environments, emphasizing "doing the right thing, at the right time, to the right patient", enhancing situational awareness for increased safety. The Committee for Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (C-TECC) takes the military's Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) and adapts it for civilian applications. TECC is divided into three phases of care based on the relationship of the medical provider, the casualty, and the threat, utilizing evidence-based medical best practices to update its contents.
