If you really want to make it permanent, a little superglue on the reverse side after it is inserted will pretty much guarantee its permanence.

All you have to add is your name and/or call sign. Maximum length for your call sign is 7 characters, and for a name is 17 characters including spaces. Price each is $19.99. The case is not included in the price. And please double check how you entered your call sign and/or name into the data fields. Whatever is entered is what will be engraved.
