Therapy sessions are currently provided via Teletherapy (Virtual Therapy). Telehealth therapy is offered through secure HIPPA compliant secure video conference, telephone, email, text and video messaging.  You are able to schedule an appointment directly online and have the entire therapy session take place virtually.

TEEN / ADULT DATING VIOLENCE AWARENESS & PREVENTION (AGES 13 +) 

It is the hope that through this workshop series we are able to encourage resiliency through understanding the dynamics of abuse and providing them with the tools necessary to express the emotions that can arise as a result of exposure. (workshop can be completed in 4, 8 or 12 weeks).

SHINE YOUR LIGHT (ADULT) 

This workshop is designed to encourage participants to acknowledge and recognize the positive qualities about themselves. It is geared to remind them that they do not have to wait for the encouragement of others, they can encourage themselves. 

CREATE THE VISION & MAKE IT PLAIN (ALL AGES) 

In this workshop participants will create vision boards. The focus of this workshop will depend on the need (long or short term goals).
