Terms of Use (EULA) for Loverland

Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms", "EULA") carefully before using the Loverland: Couple Game mobile application (the "Service" or "App") operated by Kayel Apps ("us", "we", or "our").
1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
2. Subscriptions and Purchases
a. Management The Service offers subscription plans (Weekly, Monthly, Yearly) and Lifetime purchases. Transactions are handled by the platform provider (Google Play for Android, Apple App Store for iOS).
b. Auto-Renewal & Cancellation
iOS: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in your Apple ID Account Settings.
Android: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled via the Google Play Store subscription management page.
Billing: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
c. Refunds All purchases are final. Refund requests are handled exclusively by the respective store (Apple or Google) according to their refund policies. We cannot process refunds directly.
3. User Conduct and AI Usage The Service utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) to generate content.
Zero Tolerance for Abuse: You agree not to use the App to generate content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, or sexually explicit in a non-consensual context.
Fair Use: We reserve the right to limit AI requests if we detect abnormal usage patterns (e.g., botting or spamming API calls).
Disclaimer: AI-generated content is for entertainment purposes only. We are not responsible for the accuracy or suitability of the generated text.
4. Intellectual Property The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Kayel Apps and its licensors.
5. Limitation of Liability In no event shall Kayel Apps be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Service.
6. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Togo, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
7. Changes We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
8. Apple App Store Specific Provisions If you have downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply:
Acknowledgement: These Terms are concluded between you and Kayel Apps only, and not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or the content thereof.
Scope of License: The license granted to you is limited to a non-transferable license to use the App on any Apple-branded products that you own or control.
Maintenance and Support: Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App.
Warranty: Apple is not responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law.
Product Claims: You acknowledge that Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App or your possession and/or use of that App, including but not limited to product liability claims or regulatory requirements.
Legal Compliance: You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Third Party Beneficiary: You acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple’s subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and that Apple will have the right to enforce these Terms against you.
