1st Year
This is the Green-hawks club that I was in part of the Grade 9 school year. In this club we couldn't really do any social gatherings, do anything that would change the world. But we talked about the harmless products, the harmless gasses released in the world, and made posters about it and tried to use social media to project our voice to the new generation. We talked about different reusable products we talked about products that harm the environment and how we can change it. Also we made posters and invites about Environmental Health Day. Have you guys ever had a wonderful experience of changing the world? Do you guys every wonder if you wanna be part of change for the next generation?
Demonstrate engagement with issues of global significance
This is CAS learning outcome I choose because Green-hawks as a club talks about global issues involving harmless products, gasses, and how the world is harmed by our actions. We also took action to try to make it better in our school environment and spread awareness.
Clubs t-shirts are a big part of any club. These piece of clothings represent the clubs message, goal, and name. The T-shirt making team decided on this design which our members made and we all had votings and all for the best design. This t-shirt won and it represents our club for this year.
Demonstrate the skills and recognise the benefits of working collaboratively
We as a group made the merchandise and design. Everyone worked collaboratively and it wouldn't have been possible without any one of us.
Wells JV team went to a basketball tournament to Nist International School. The results of the tournament werent that good but it was our tournament of the season. We learned a lot from the tournament and we build chemistry with our teammates. This tournament helped me to grow too. It helped my fear of playing in big crowds and helped me grow as a player. So this was a learning experience and many more tournaments like these could help me as a person and player to grow.
Identify own strengths and develop areas for growth
I used my strengths and weakness to grow as a player. I found room for development in my game and mentally.
