Writing prompts give birth to a large variety of one-off scenes, used to experiment with many types of prose, characters, methods of storytelling, and styles. The most common style I do is a One Line Prompt (OLP), where the first sentence in the scene is provided.Â
You may see recurring characters tossed into alternate universes, so hopefully that doesn't confuse you! Treat each of these as a standalone, and as usual, I'd love to hear your thoughts. Here are some of my favourites!
