Stem Changers (Present Tense)

Certain verbs change their middle vowels. There are 4 types of stem changers: e→ i, e-->ie, o→ ue, u→ ue. These verbs change in all but the nosotros form.
e→ i verbs like pedir (to ask for) change like this: pido, pides, pide, pedimos, piden
e→ ie verbs like preferir (to prefer) change like this: prefiero, prefieres, prefiere, preferimos, prefieren
o→ ue verbs like almorzar (to eat at lunch) change like this: almuerzo, almuerzas, almueza, almorzamos, almuerzan
There is only one u→ ue verb: jugar. Juego, juegas, juega, jugamos, juegan
