How does volunteering make a difference?...
Volunteering is one of the most selfless ways to make an impact. Through volunteering, you as an individual can take pride in supporting your community.
Being a volunteer helps provide people with a sense of purpose. This can be especially helpful for people struggling in some aspect of their life.
Through volunteering, people have improved their social skills and develop team work ethics.
At KAEF, volunteering also increases your knowledge and understanding of animals and native Hawaiian plant life.
By volunteering, you'r not just improving yourself but the lives around you. Both people and animals are greatly enriched.
Staff at KAEF is very limited with a lot to do around the farm. This is why volunteers are highly appreciated and our need for your help invites success for our mission.
