Once a month Sound Bath with Yin Yoga events are held at Fit Together Wellness.

This studio is located in Beaver in the Methodist Church, above the Preschool.

This event is about an hour and a half and is meant as a time of release and restoration.

This is an opportunity for quiet, self-directed, and self-guided devotional time through the materials or just by simply sitting and being still.

At times, we will change to Fridays, but right now this event happens every other Wednesday.

PHC is located in New Brighton and the events are held in their side-by-side room that is utilized for many different events.

You will need to bring your own materials to this sound bath, such as blankets, mats, bolsters, water bottle, etc. The same materials for a yoga class, but simple sound baths will only involving laying on the floor. It is hardwood, so prepare accordingly.

Various events will be collaborative and we will always keep you updated about who is joining me for the event. We will collaborate with energy healers, tarot readers, crystal healers, yoga instructors, and persons that will lead us in guided meditations.
