The Audience: The target audience is full-time employees.
The Problem: Within the last six months of operations, the email response time has not met the company standard of 24-48 hours. This slower response time has negatively impacted customer satisfaction and employee relations between departments.
The Solution: This 60-minute in-person training will provide tangible examples of each email management strategy presented in the training, followed by dedicated time for participants to discuss the strategies within their roles. Learners will also be asked to journal during self-reflection sections and take an anonymous survey at the end of the training. Learners will be partnered with another employee for small group discussion and can share with the larger group to learn additional strategies and implementation ideas. With additional management email strategies after the training, the company-wide email response time will meet the 24-48 hour window.
The Audience: All employees, regardless of identity, role, or seniority.
The Problem: On a recent job satisfaction survey, employees indicated high rates of feeling overwhelmed by their work and needed help managing their time effectively.
The Solution: Since the company is spread across multiple cities and most employees work remotely at least three days a week, it is recommended that this training be delivered over Zoom during a 60-minute virtual instructor-led training. By being virtually instructor-led, the facilitator can guide discussion on time management strategies and give real-time responses to learner questions and feedback.
The training will provide tangible examples of each time management strategy presented in the training, followed by dedicated time for participants to discuss the strategies within their roles. There will be inter-professional, pre-assigned breakout group discussions and use of the chat function in Zoom; learners will also be asked to journal during self-reflection sections and take an anonymous survey at the end of the training.
