As a learning specialist and instructional designer, I believe that learning should meet the needs of clients and companies and be engaging, reflective, and actionable. My approach to learning content is accessible to learners of all skill levels to meet them where they are so they can leave the classroom, module, or session a bit more empowered and confident than when they started. 

I have developed content for eLearning through Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise for publication on Learning Management Systems like SuccessFactors, Canvas, and Blackboard. I have also designed virtual instructor-led sessions through Zoom, WebEx, and Microsoft Teams. I have created content for in-person instructor-led sessions ranging from 10 to 100 participants with blended learning elements and tangible job aids.

Outside of work, I am a wife and mom of three boys. I spend my free time outdoors exploring with my family and our pups, tackling projects around our family home, practicing Pilates, and watching the latest comedy and true crime series.
