The vision of the Counseling Program at Union City Public Schools is to provide a comprehensive, developmental counseling program that addresses academic, social, and emotional needs of all students. Our program will work in partnership with our stakeholders to facilitate and coordinate a multi-tiered support system to ensure that all students have access to the knowledge and skills necessary to become lifelong learners.

All counseling sessions are ethically obligated to remain confidential except in cases in which the student is being harmed, the student may cause harm to themselves or others, or in circumstances where the counselor is legally obligated to break confidentiality.
