Assessment: -

Individuals - 60 minute complimentary session

Relationship counselling - £50 reduced fee for couples and twos (due to pre-assessment work, see below).

Sessions thereafter: -

Individuals – £65

Couples – £85

Trainee Counsellors - £50 (my core training is Clarkson Five Relationship Model)

Employee Assisted Programmes: -

Bupa, Aviva, AXA and Vitalityhealth

Initial session: -

Individuals – I ask about your past, your current life and what brings you to counselling now.

Couples / Twos – I email a pre-assessment form to be individually completed and returned so your initial session is conducted in the here and now rather than as a data gathering exercise.

I am based in Alfold.

Online and Telephone Counselling

Online counselling and teletherapy is conducted from a private peaceful upstairs office. 

I have been a Zoom counsellor for clients in cities such as London, Cardiff, Edinburgh, Chester, Manchester and Birmingham.  I provide teletherapy for all counties including Essex, Hampshire, West Sussex, Surrey and Devon.
