Emergency Notice - Kentucky license, permit, and ID holders can designate a preferred contact to be notified in the event the cardholder is involved in a vehicle crash or emergency situation
Communication Disorder designation on vehicle registration - beginning January 1, 2024 when Kentucky vehicle owners renew or get a new vehicle registration, they can include if the owner and/or other primary driver has a communication disorder, is deaf or hard of hearing
