Developed and facilitated the national gender-mainstreaming training framework and Training-of-Trainers (ToT) system for GIZ–NSDA’s ADVANTAGE program, building a cohort of 50 gender focal persons and 20 master trainers in Bangladesh.
Created an eLearning course for developing basic digital literacy skills for 100,000 Romanians in association with the World Bank.
Led the evaluation of BRAC's AIM Livelihood Training Programs and created a detailed report summarizing the evaluation and the learnings from Liberia and Uganda. Drafted the evaluation protocols, as well as an Evaluation Report with executive summaries and a learning brief.
Developed a training program on Effective Communication at Workplace for the African Development Bank's Independent Development Evaluation (IDEV) Unit. A thorough needs assessment was completed by conducting surveys and focus group discussions. Here is an evaluation of the training conducted by AfDB.
Developed a training guide for trainers to communicate effective livelihood practices across sectors such as livestock, climate smart agriculture, and small business for the beneficiaries of BRAC’s AIM (Accelerating Impact for Young Women) program. Also facilitated a training session for AIM implementing staff from across countries like Sierra Leone, Tanzania, Liberia, and Uganda to effectively use the training guide for planning capacity building initiatives. A thorough needs analysis was conducted by hosting focus group discussions with relevant staff from BRAC and AIM implementing countries.

Helped streamline REACH IMPACT's training content and adapted it for eLearning. I created a matrix to help the instructional designer seamlessly curate eLearning experiences for staff across 40+ countries. I also created a sample module to guide the learning plans.
Developed a curriculum for training of the trainers for Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Tourism in association with the World Bank. I applied my expertise in education to the tourism sector. The aim of the curriculum was to revitalise the tourism sector's identity for the youth of KSA. Here is the redacted version of the entire presentation for the training workshops and the facilitator handbook for Day 1. I conceptualised the scope of the entire curriculum, created the assessments to evaluate the efficacy of the program, as well drafted the participant handbook for the training. I also used Canva to make the creatives for this assignment which included a certificate template and a brochure.
Wrote a series of case studies (20) on businesses in India for Sunstone Eduversity - an Ed-tech startup in India. They focus on providing Indian youth from tier 2 and 3 cities across India with a quality Business Management training. I was commissioned to write these two modules (Teachers for Learning and Distance Learning) for i3Development. The modules were implemented for training teachers and school leaders from affordable private schools from Telangana, India.
Facilitated orientations and capacity-building sessions to equip young people with the tools and knowledge to bridge information gaps around COVID-19. This session was conducted for the Indian Ministry of Youth Affairs.
