Step into a covert mission in “Operation: Learning Secrets,” a retro 90’s spy-themed game designed to strengthen team connection and engagement. In this interactive challenge, learners take on the role of secret agents tasked with uncovering “classified” facts about their fellow operatives by analyzing clues and selecting the correct matches.

Each discovery unlocks another piece of intelligence, bringing agents closer to completing their mission and revealing the bureau’s final learning secret. Once the mission is complete, agents gain access to the debrief and leaderboard to see how their performance stacks up against other operatives.

This game was created as a team-building microlearning experience for my Design and LMS team, combining storytelling, friendly competition, and interactive gameplay to create a memorable learning experience while experimenting with points, feedback logic, and leaderboards in Articulate Storyline.
