In my latest instructional design project, Creative Problem Solving Dojo, I've revamped traditional training into an engaging, dojo-themed world where learning meets fun! This microlearning course is designed to teach essential problem-solving skills to corporate leaders and managers through a gamified journey guided by a sensai character, emphasizing interactive learning and real-world application.

In addition to its aesthetic appeal, the dojo theme is a functional framework that introduces learners to the Creative Problem Solving (CPS) process. Each step of the course is presented as a mini-challenge, where learners make strategic decisions to navigate through workplace scenarios, earning badges and ultimately a "Creative Problem Solving Master" title and black belt trophy.
