Coffee & Conversation segments took place on the second Saturday of every month to discuss trends in librarianship and to provide participants with a collaborative network of librarians.
My involvement in Pop Culture Classroom's Excellence in Graphic Literature Awards as a committee juror allowed me to review and select the best graphic novels for middle grade students. These lists are sent out globally to educators seeking to add graphic novels to their classroom practices or libraries.
