About Me 

I'm an enthusiastic Instructional Designer and E-Learning Developer committed to designing and developing engaging training that incorporates real-world scenarios to connect learners to content. I'm passionate about helping others learn, designing creative solutions to address gaps, and helping learners improve their skills and performance. 

I'm skilled in communicating effectively and collaborating with SMEs and other stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes and meet established timelines. I'm proficient in utilizing various authoring tools like Articulate Storyline and Rise and learning management systems to deliver high-quality content tailored to specific learning objectives.   

With my many years of experience modifying content for learners, I am able to adapt to various learner demographics, industries, and subjects. My skills span various facets of education, including instructional design, training program development, curriculum creation, data collection and analysis. I'm excited to take my love of teaching and design and develop effective learning solutions to better help adults learn information.  

My attention to detail, strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills and ability to effectively work collaboratively with others makes me a strong candidate for an Instructional Design position. 

My bachelor's degree is in Psychology. I earned a Master of Arts in Education with a special education certification. Additionally, I completed the Applied Instructional Design Academy program, an ATD-certified comprehensive training program in the field of Instructional Design. In this program, I received amazing mentorship from corporate IDs while enhancing my skills in key design and development areas.  

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family & our 2 dogs. We enjoy being outside and spending time at the lake.
