Each time I go to Ukraine I have expectations of what I will be doing. Each time those expectations are replaced with learning to lean on God for His guiding. This last time of being in Ukraine was all about being there for the people, just where they are at. 

Being in Ukraine has been a source of learning curves - one after another. I am learning things about the culture, about me and about working in ministry. Read more to hear how I make a plan, and God flips it upside and says - let's do it this way. 

The process to heading to Ukraine can be followed by a timeline. I didn't realize it at the time, but looking back - I can clearly see the timeline and how it all led me to this decision.
