Devils: 

Devils are also known as fallen angels. These angels went against God and were banished to hell for punishment. Devils are usually intelligent with being able to speak and think for themself. They also have a more humanoid appearance with lesser demon features. The Devils are technically the most powerful demons with corrupt powers of angels and a strong miasma that affects the human world. They are usually the leaders of the various layers of hell and govern over the lesser demons. Known Devils are Samayaza, Lucifer, satan, etc. The stronger the status of the angel was in heaven the stronger a devil is in hell. For example Lucifer was a Seraphim making him the strongest devil in hell.

Revenant: 

An Demon or Devil who has consumed the soul of an ethereal and is inhabiting it's body.

Spirit: 

Spirits are the lingering souls of humans, often resembling their mortal selves but translucent in form, glowing in various colors. A small wisp floats above their head, marking their incomplete passage. Most spirits require the guidance of a death angel or an exorcist to move on peacefully. 

Ghost:

 A ghost is a spirit consumed by negative emotion. Spirits naturally risk becoming ghosts if they linger in Limbo for too long, their forms warping as they begin to disrupt the mortal world through hauntings. Normally, angels and certain Ethereals trained as exorcists guide them across. But in recent years, demons have learned to corrupt spirits at will, sparking an epidemic of supernatural disturbances. The difference between ghost and humans is their grotesques appears. 

THE SOUL SYSTEM: 

The Soul: 

The soul is created from two life force energies miasma and pure energy. Throughout life for a humans these energies tend to fluctuate. The more miasma a human has when dying compared to pure energy usually determines their fate in the cosmos. The soul contributes to the world line, by the collective energies of various souls. Human as also known as emitters. 

Angels and demons:

Human miasma and pure energy is how angels and demons use their powers. The way they use energies is based on what type of class they are assigned to and how much influence they have in a given area. For example a death angels are ruled by the contentment class meaning their powers come from the contentment of souls. They aren't powerful angels and only influences individuals. This also why angels and demons are known as influencers.

The more influence an angel has on earth the more powerful they are, vice versa for demons. Their jobs included giving blessing and curses to humans. Once a human has accumulated enough positive energy they are given a blessing. If a human has accumulated a lot of negative energy they are given a curse. 

Ethereals:

While Humans are emitters (Producing emotional energies) and angels are influencers (using that emotional energy to influence the world), ethereal are a blend of the two. They are humans that have awaken powers through their emotional energy meaning they can use their own emotional energy to create outcomes.

In the mortal realm, ethereal and humans are indistinguishable from each other. It is not until the ethereal dies once that they awaken some of their supernatural abilities. 

• The first ability is the ability to see ghosts and interact with creatures in limbo (the spiritual world and the human world overlapping.

• The second is unlocking their emotional power. Humans naturally emit both negative (miasma) and positive emotional energy (pure energy). 

• Third, they can control their emotional powers and use creating outcomes that affect both the spirtual and physical world. 

• The emotion energies are split into two groups with 4 types each.

Another characteristics of ethereals is their eyes. Whenever using their powers their eyes glow.

Miasma Users: Ethereal users who use their negative energy. They can access their energy through a negative anchor point. The stronger the trauma the stronger they can emit.

Pure Users: Ethereal users who use their positive energy. They can access their energy through a positive anchor point. The stronger the bliss is, the stronger they can emit. 

Outcomes: The effect of their emotional ability on the world.

Emotion users usually have a mix of two emotions creating combination classes. 

Types:

MIASMA CLASS: 

1. Anger: enhancing 

2. Sad: inducement: a thing that persuades or influences someone to do something. 

3. Fear: manifesting: an event, action, or object that clearly shows or embodies something, especially a theory or an abstract idea.

4. Disgust: protection and reduction 

   1. Reinforcement magic

PURE ENERGY CLASS:

1. Confidence: enhancing 

2. Content: protection and reduction 

3. Joy: inducement

4. Passionate: manifesting

For Ethereals, power is born from emotion, but that gift is also their greatest danger. Before they can fight, they must learn to face their own feelings, mastering both the light and the dark within. Training pushes them through trials of memory, control, and balance until they can wield their emotions without being consumed by them.

Battles aren’t just clashes of strength they’re wars of the heart and mind. Fighters exploit each other’s emotional weaknesses, overwhelm their opponents with raw energy, or combine powers in unpredictable ways. Some wield rare tools that can twist emotions themselves. In the end, the strongest Ethereal isn’t the one with the flashiest power, but the one who never loses control.
