How are Bible classes taught?
The courses are nondenominational and nonsectarian and do not seek to teach theology or doctrine. Knowledge of Bible content is the core of the course, but instruction also includes history, geography and Bible customs. The students will be exposed to differing interpretive views, but will not be press to accept one view.
Are the Bible courses offered for credit?
Yes. Students and Kannapolis Middle School earn one unit of elective credit, and the students of A L Brown earn one unit of history credit per Bible course.
How is the teacher paid?
The Bible teacher's salary is raised by KBTA which accepts contributions from interested individuals and organizations in the community.
