Being a Christian does not mean life will suddenly be free from trouble. My fiancé got cancer while we were engaged. He was 29 years old, very healthy and a very strong Christian. Our faith in God gave us courage to face this difficult time. We prayed for miraculous healing but he still had to go through chemotherapy and a bone marrow transplant. "Aggressive" can mean being forceful or even being violent. Some people experience Christian evangelism as forceful. When I was in primary school, we had a Japanese exchange student stay with us for several months. Jesus was a Jew, and every year during a special time called the "passover", Jewish people would eat bread with no yeast to remember when Israel escaped from Egypt and didn't have time to bake bread with yeast. The answer for this may be different for different groups or individuals, but personally I think there is no problem with cremation. One reason some people prefer burial is because the Bible talks about the resurrection of the dead and people imagine that this means a person needs their body in tact in order for God to be able to raise them from the dead. My grandpa was cremated and he was the pastor of a church.
