The mailer form project is the first interactive assignment we did on Acrobat. This assignment needed other adobe apps like InDesign for the creation of the form before adding the process to click "submit" or choose between radio buttons or check marks and many more cool interactive designs. I accidentally made the AMEX card the only radio button because it was not grouped with the other options.

For this assignment we implemented the use of Microsoft Word to make the initial document then made it interactive on Acrobat. I made my document accessible so you can test out the interactive aspects like moving from the First Heading to the Sub heading even using the table of content to do so.
