Our design services offer you 100% unique and copyright-free content. Every design, image, text, audio, music, or video material we create will be entirely exclusive to you. Knowing that you are the complete owner, you can fully monetize this content, upload it anywhere, and even sell it. Whether you list it on social media or use it on any platform, every design service you receive from us will be guaranteed to be 100% unique.

1. Services Offered

Kamal Graphics provides a variety of design services including (but not limited to):

By ordering any of these services, you agree to provide accurate project details and cooperate during the design process.

2. Payment Terms

• 100% Advance Payment: All services require 100% advance payment to begin the project.

• Payment should be made through the Google Form provided, and confirmation must be sent to our WhatsApp number. When the payment is Success, you will be redirected to our WhatsApp Number. 

• No project will start until full payment is confirmed.

3. Revisions and Project Scope

• Revisions: We provide up to 1-2 free revisions to ensure client satisfaction. Any additional revisions beyond this limit may incur extra charges.

• Project Scope Changes: If the scope of the project changes after the initial agreement, additional charges and extended deadlines may apply.

4. Ownership and Intellectual Property

• Ownership: Full ownership of the final design files will be transferred to you after complete payment and final approval.

• Use of Work: Kamal Graphics reserves the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

• Third-Party Assets: If the project involves third-party assets (such as stock images or fonts), the client must ensure they have the appropriate licenses to use them.

5. Confidentiality

• Client Confidentiality: We respect your privacy. Any project details or personal information shared with Kamal Graphics will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties.

• Designs: Until the project is complete and full payment is received, all designs created by Kamal Graphics remain our intellectual property.

6. Deadlines and Timelines

• We strive to meet all agreed-upon deadlines. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If delays are expected, we will inform you promptly.

• Any delay in client communication or approvals may extend the project's timeline.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellation Fee: If the project is canceled before work has begun, 5% of the total payment will be retained as a cancellation fee. The remaining 95% will be refunded within 1-5 business days.

• No Refund: Once work on the project has started, no refunds will be provided.

8. Limitation of Liability

Kamal Graphics is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our services. We will make every effort to ensure the accuracy and quality of the final design, but we cannot guarantee error-free work or designs that perform beyond the intended scope.

9. Client Approval

Once the final design is submitted and approved by the client, no further revisions or alterations will be made unless additional payments are agreed upon.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging with Kamal Graphics and using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Continued use of our services signifies your acceptance of these terms.
