Cancellation and Refund Policy

We at Kamal Graphics strive to deliver high-quality design services. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to cancel an order. Here’s how our cancellation and refund process works:

Cancellation Terms

• 100% Advance Payment: To begin any project, we require a full 100% advance payment.

• Cancellation Fee: If you decide to cancel before we start your project, we will deduct a 5% cancellation fee from the total payment. The remaining 95% will be refunded within 1-5 business days.

• Cancellation After Work Has Started: Once the project has started, cancellation may not be possible. However, we will evaluate each case individually and try to accommodate your request where feasible.

Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed within 1-5 business days after cancellation is approved.

• Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used during the purchase.
