Shipping and Delivery Policy

At Kamal Graphics, we ensure a smooth and efficient delivery of your final design files after project completion. Here’s how we manage the delivery process:

Final Project Delivery

Once the project is completed and you have reviewed the final design, we will proceed with the following:

1. Final Approval: Before sending the final design, we will seek your approval. This ensures that you are fully satisfied with the design and no further revisions are required.

2. Email Delivery: After receiving your final approval, the original design files will be sent to your registered email address. These files will be in the format(s) as per your requirement (e.g., PSD, PNG, JPEG, PDF, CDR, MP4 etc.).

Turnaround Time

• Once the design is approved by the client, we will deliver the final files within 1-2 business days.

File Formats

• You will receive the original source files along with any additional formats you may have requested at the start of the project.

Revisions Before Final Delivery

• If you need any changes before the final approval, we will make revisions (up to 1-2 times) to ensure complete satisfaction.

By approving the final design, you confirm that the project has been completed to your expectations.
