Kai Fu Group @ U Utah

WBG/UWBG Semiconductor Materials, Devices, and Applications

Wide Bandgap (WBG) & Ultra-Wide Bandgap (UWBG) Semicondcutors for Future Electronics

We are the WBG & UWBG Group led by Dr. Kai Fu in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Utah.

Our research focuses on WBG and UWBG semiconductors (GaN, AlN, Ga2O3, BN, diamond, GeO2), material science, nanofabrication, device reliability, heterojunction, power electronics, adn high-temperature electronics.
