Training exercises to encourage player's with ball to execute penetration pass at every opportunity. 

Movement of players off the ball, movement of players near the ball, movement of players far from the ball to give option for player with ball to make decision.

Regardless defender, midfield, striker with ball to have eye for penetration pass than can eliminate tight marking defender, covering defender, compact defending situation, outnumber situation.

Coach the player with ball, awareness & timing to execute penetration pass with pace & accuracy that can eliminate opponent defend line into goal scoring or advance team attacking play.

Penetration pass can be weaponize as team counter attacking play. Single pass to striker or into space can eliminate entire opponent defend line & team shape & organization during transition.
